They gave you a year. Give them a night worth remembering.
Recognition, food, entertainment, production, transport and the programme should feel like one evening — not twelve suppliers you spend the night coordinating.

What is this night for?

Trusted with the briefs that matter.
A staff night is not a soft brief. It happens once, in front of everyone, and it is remembered for a year.
Pick a name. We’ll show you what happened.

A full staff end-of-year party produced by Red Giant.
This is Red Giant.
Not moodboards. Not stock photos. The actual work.

This is often the one room where the organisation sees itself together.
For most of the year the company is a seating plan. One night, it is a room — people who only meet on email end up at the same table. The objective is not simply to keep everyone entertained. It is an evening that feels worth attending, reflects the organisation, and gives people permission to enjoy it without having to manage it.
It should feel like thank you. Not another work obligation.
What kind of ending does this year need?
I already know what we’re planning+
A good party still needs a plan.
Arrival sets the tone before anyone speaks. Lighting and sound do more for a room than décor spend does, and the seating plan decides whether departments mix or sit exactly where they sat last year. Food is remembered longer than the theme.
Every part of the night is a handover to the next one. The CEO gets five minutes, not twenty — leadership remarks, the year recap, what’s ahead and the recognition all get a place in the run of show, and a time against them.
Including awards?+
Recognition shouldn’t feel like admin on stage. The award story and categories, category order, nominee content, winner flow, presenters, trophy handling, walk-up music, screen content, winner photography and the transition back into the evening all get planned — and timed — so recognition happens while people are still in the room, not at 11:40 when half of them have gone.
If the award matters, the moment should too. For a full awards programme in its own right, that is Awards & Galas.
Not everyone wants to dance until midnight, and not everyone drinks. Getting people home safely is part of the event, not an afterthought. Somebody neutral holds the run sheet, the supplier calls and the weather plan, so the HR team can actually attend their own party.
Everything underneath the night+
Nine categories — venue and environment, programme and entertainment, awards and recognition, food and hospitality, production, transport and logistics, security and guest flow, weather and contingency, and closeout. The full system, open when you want it.
Venue & Environment
A good concept gives the event a point of view without making everyone feel like they’ve walked into a school production — carried through arrival, stage, tables, lighting, the photo moment, menu, awards and the dress cue.
Programme & Entertainment
What happens in between matters.
We can source and coordinate appropriate talent — DJ, live band, artist, comedian, dancers, cultural or interactive performance, and the MC who holds it together.
The MC can rescue the room. Or slowly lose it.
We help think about personality, audience, programme and energy — not just availability.
Let’s make sure it doesn’t become forty-five. Leadership remarks, the year recap, what’s ahead and the recognition all get a place in the run of show — and a time against them.
Company culture, age mix, team size, industry, leadership style, staff locations, whether families are included, music the room actually likes, the milestones worth marking and the kind of year it has honestly been.
Different company. Different ending.
Awards & Recognition
Award story and categories, nominee content, trophies, walk-up music, screens, timing, leadership remarks, winner photography and the transition back into the evening.
If the award matters, the moment should too.
Food & Hospitality
Buffet, plated, stations or cocktail service — each changes the timing as much as the taste. Dietary requirements, genuinely good non-alcoholic options, bar approach within your company policy, service speed, staff and supplier meals, VIP service.
Food is part of the experience, and also part of the timing.
Production
- Custom fabrication for every element
- Custom structures built once, used once
- More production hours
- More materials
- Existing structural base, where suitable
- Custom graphics and finish on top
- Selective fabrication where it’s seen
- Budget moved toward the guest experience
Same intention. Smarter allocation.
When suitable for the concept · we don’t always have to manufacture the wheel again
Where the concept allows, we can design around suitable Red Giant-owned prefabricated elements and existing production assets instead of fabricating everything from zero — then customise the visible layer around your concept.
That can move more of the budget toward the parts guests actually feel. It is an option we check for, not a discount we assume: if reuse would compromise the idea, we build.
Transport & Logistics
Staff pickup and central collection points, shuttles, return schedules, late-night departures, VIP cars, multi-branch transport and accessible transport where needed.
Getting people home is part of planning the night.
Security & Guest Flow
Quietly, in the background: security, crowd flow, first aid, venue access, weather, responsible service requirements where applicable, and an emergency plan nobody should ever need to notice.
A good staff event should not only work for the loudest people in the room. Conversation space, great food, lounge areas, games, photo moments, performances, quieter seating and an easy early exit for the people who want one.
Everyone works here. The event should remember that.
Weather & Contingency
December has opinions — so outdoor plans get a rain plan, tenting, flooring, power and guest-movement thinking before they get a mood board.
Closeout
Get an instant end-of-year cost estimate.
Answer a few quick questions to see a very tentative planning cost, built from published Kenyan venue, AV, hire, branding and per-guest rates. Every line shows its basis. Anything without a defensible source stays to be confirmed and is excluded from the total.
Tell us the number and we will show you what we would protect, what we could simplify, and what still needs a conversation.

Send the brief. Add the Kenya ground team.
Venue sourcing and coordination, local suppliers, production, entertainment, staffing, guest logistics and transport where it is in scope, and running the night itself. One named lead, timezone-aware updates, and escalation that reaches a person.
Headcount, the date window, the budget you are working to, and anything the company has done before that worked or did not.
Venue availability in November and December, supplier lead times, weather, and how far people are travelling home. Where that forces a change to something you consider fixed, we raise it rather than quietly making it.
If you are an agency running this for a client, the client relationship stays yours. Local production, staffing and execution run underneath it.
Before the brief.
Cost is driven by headcount, whether you already hold the venue, experience level, food, entertainment, awards and transport. The estimator above builds a tentative range from published Kenyan venue, AV, hire, branding and per-guest rates, shows every line and its basis, and marks anything without a defensible source — artist fees, trophies and transport among them — as to be confirmed rather than guessing it.
Idea, venue, experience, production, entertainment, guests, logistics, the night itself and closeout. Give us the brief rather than a supplier shopping list.
The constraint is usually venue availability in November and December rather than production time. Earlier gives you a real choice of venue and date; late planning narrows both.
Yes. If you already hold one, the estimator excludes venue cost entirely rather than pricing a second. If you do not, we shortlist against headcount, budget, setting and how people will get home.
Yes — DJ, MC, live acts, the awards segment and staff transport can all sit in scope. Artist fees, trophy costs and transport are negotiated per event, so the estimator lists them and does not invent a figure.
Yes. Venue, production, entertainment, catering coordination, transport and on-the-night management run through one Kenya team with one named lead.
We already have the night so far.
Who should we send the formal next step to? If you already have a brief, a venue shortlist or a procurement document, send that instead.

Build the scope first.
The estimator carries straight into this form. Start there →
- 1We receive your scope exactly as you built it.
- 2Red Giant reviews the commercial and operational requirements.
- 3We come back to confirm anything missing.
