BTL, experiential & brand experiences in Kenya

Somebody has to stop. Then something has to happen.

Exhibition stands, brand activations and roadshows are three different answers to the same question: what does this space, this moment or this route need people to actually do? We start there, then build the execution behind it.

Not sure which one? Start with the behaviour →

Below the line, above the noise

Nobody walked out this morning hoping to meet a brand.

They were shopping, working the show floor, or walking to lunch. Whatever we build has to be worth interrupting that.

Attention has to be earned.

What good BTL actually requires

The idea is the easy half.

Six different things, six different numbers. A campaign that reports the first and implies the last is not reporting.

A branded T-shirt is not a briefing. The role gets designed before anyone is recruited into it.

Planning this from outside Kenya?+
Running a Kenya campaign from elsewhere?

Send the idea. We’ll solve the ground.

Global guidelines, local sites, field teams, production, logistics and on-ground reporting can connect through one Kenya execution team — whether that’s a stand, an activation or a route.

Protect the idea. Adapt the reality.

The campaign idea, brand identity, approved claims and measurement framework stay yours. Sites, language, staffing, production, permissions, timing and consumer behaviour get solved here. Where local reality forces a change to something sacred, we raise it rather than quietly making it.

Global or regional agency?

Keep the client. Add the Kenya team.

Local production, staffing, site coordination, field operations, logistics and reporting — executed here to your specification, with your client relationship untouched.

Direct answers

Before the brief.

Below-the-line marketing puts a brand in front of people in the physical world — exhibition stands, brand activations, sampling, retail activity, field teams and roadshows — and asks them to do something rather than just see something.

BTL campaign cost depends on format, locations, duration, staffing, production and logistics. Use the estimator above to build your scope and see an indicative planning range for your campaign, then request a formal quotation against it. Red Giant does not publish a rate card, and the estimator will not show a figure that has not been calibrated against real Red Giant costs.

In rough order of impact: whether anything is fabricated and how custom it is; how many locations and how far apart they are; how many days it runs; how many people are needed and what role they play; transport, storage and getting stock to site; production and consumables; site, mall, campus or council permissions where required; and what data has to be captured and proven in the report.

Yes. Teams and kit are built where the work is rather than held in standing regional offices — we do not claim permanent teams in named counties, and we will tell you honestly what a given region costs to reach properly.

Yes, and it is a common route. You keep the idea and the client relationship; Red Giant delivers the local production, staffing, execution and reporting. Completed work includes Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
